Returns, and Warranty
All covers can be returned within 3 days of receiving the product, Product must not be used or opened. The buyer is responsible for 100% of the cost of shipping the product back. Once the product is received, a full refund of the product will be issued but does not include any shipping cost.
Every cover includes a 24-day guarantee of the entire product but does not include any metal damage created by the user. Warranty is voided if not used correctly, this includes using the cover outside or on any obstructive surfaces.
Damages that take place in shipping must be reported at the time of delivery so a claim can be made with the shipping service.
The warranty covers the shipping cost of replacing the cover.
The 24-day guarantee covers the craftsmanship of the cover. All stitching and molded plastic is covered during this period of time. Metal is subject to damage. Any defective spring metal is covered within 3 days of receiving the cover, within that time you experienced difficulty keeping the spring metal open e-mail support at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
