All craftsmanship is covered and mechanics of Step in Sock is guaranteed to work properly with normal use throughout the 21 days.
Things that will void our guarantee;
- Using Step in Sock on gravel, rough concrete or any unusual abrasive surface.
- Using Step in Sock incorrectly such as stepping on the cover with it facing the incorrect direction.

For the first 35 days of properly using Step in Sock we will insure all craftsmanship that involves any treads used to sew the entire cover including machine sewing as well.
